Problem: COVID-19 as exponentially increased food insecurity amongst Gen Z, yet some people are not seeking out the help they need, with shame and embarrassment accounting for 63% of the sited barriers to assistance.
Insight: 80% of Gen Z have never spoken to their friends about food insecurity. You can’t contribute to a conversation that doesn’t exist.
Idea: We need to start the conversation. We need to ‘Get Hunger Talking’.
